Transferring Instructors

If you are a current instructor that wants to transfer to our training center, please contact us for information on the simple steps involved. We'll ask you to complete the affiliation agreement and provide us with a copy of your current instructor card while we provide you with the approved AHA Instructor Records Transfer form that you'll provide to your current training center.  Please contact our office for more information about how you can join our network of instructors!
